Exchange
If the size or item is not right, message us within 3 days of delivery and we will exchange it. Items must be unused, with tags.
Open your parcel on camera
Please open your parcel in front of the delivery person and record a video while opening it.
If anything is wrong (defect, damage or wrong item):
- Tell the delivery person and message us right away, before they leave
- Send us your unboxing video as proof
- We will exchange the product within 7 days of your complaint
We cannot accept complaints without an unboxing video, or after the delivery person has left.
Delivery
Inside Sylhet: ৳120. Outside Sylhet: ৳150. You can also collect your order from our store in Golapganj for free.
Payment
Cash on delivery all over Bangladesh, or bKash.
